'revenues' also shown excl VAT

In reports -> turnover and balance also directly see the revenues Excl VAT. This helps in forecasts and annual plans. VAT payable is now at the bottom (fine to leave it that way) but nice if this amount can also be deducted from revenues. Because VAT is not revenue for entrepreneur, so somewhere also misleading.
