Putting a sale that has already been scanned on hold, so you can process another sale "in between," and, for cash transactions, the feature where the "register" tells you how much change to give.

Scanned code identifies the wrong item during a sale
Situation: Items have been priced with the wrong number, and labels have been printed and attached to the items. We discover that the items were priced under the wrong customer number. In Cirquly, you can then digitally move the items to the correct number. But then you have to reprint all the labels one by one and locate the garments in the store. It would be GREAT if this weren’t necessary anymore—if Cirquly could recognize the scanned code as “incorrect” and automatically link it to the correct customer number and item number digitally. This was possible in M.Ontwerp and saved a lot of time.

Understanding the Results/Effects of Implementing Smart Rules
I'm really curious to see how much (additional) revenue or profit margin the smart rules will generate.

Option: 0% VAT on in-stock new items
It would be nice to have a 0% option for new items. Right now, I have shipping costs listed as a separate item in my checkout, so my accountant knows the total amount I’m charging for shipping. Those costs aren’t subject to tax.

Automatically set the same due date for the entire week when entering data
We enter the same end date for the entire week. When switching between screens, you often have to click it again, and that’s easy to overlook. I’d prefer to have the same end date for the entire week, with the option to change it if necessary.

Insights into "sales receipts," "average receipt value," "items sold," and "average sales revenue," including monthly and annual figures
Hi Team, the insights into "sales receipts," "average receipt value," "items added," and "average sales revenue" are really helpful. I believe I can now view these on a weekly and daily basis. Is it also possible to view them on a monthly and yearly basis, and then compare them using percentage growth figures?

Collection date more clearly visible to residents
When customers log in to Cirquly, their next pickup date is clearly displayed at the top of the page. For example: Your next pickup date is May 30, 2026. You can come pick up your items one week in advance. Items will remain in the store until this date. I often have customers who don’t clearly see when their pickup date is, or who don’t receive the pickup reminder via email.

Improving the VAT overview: broken down into high-turnover and low-turnover
1. All sales subject to the higher VAT rate, excluding VAT (i.e., the total of sales subject to the higher VAT rate—which includes items subject to the lower VAT rate, such as books—and sales of items subject to 21% VAT) 2. All low-VAT sales excluding VAT
